1. Exfoliation - Combine few pieces of coarse rock salt with 2 tablespoons olive oil, smeared on the body and rub in the circular direction of peeling. Benefit: scrape off dead skin cells, promotes removal of toxins from the body, helps break down cellulite / prevent cellulite.
2. Skin Brushing - Use a sponge bath or body brush with natural hair bristles not synthetic, do not think for about 5 minutes for the entire body from toe to the base of the arm.
3. Massage - Massaging the ellulite areas once or 2 times per day will increase blood and lymphatic circulation, it can disguise or reduce cellulite.
